Quality Inn Hollywood
This may not be Hollywood's best, but it is a nice little inn if you are on a tight budget! You will not get any kind of special service that you may get a more upper class hotel. However, the staff is very nice and very helpful. There is a refrigerator and microwave so you can bring your own food, which is a nice feature for a budget hotel. Quality Inn Hollywood is only a few blocks from the Kodak Theater and Graumans Chinese Theater. A shuttle can come and pick you up and take you to wherever you need to go in the Hollywood area. Some of the pros are that you are in a great location with many things to do and see. You will get a lot for your money considering Quality Inn Hollywood is a budget hotel. The staff at Quality Inn Hollywood keeps the facility relatively clean; there is a microwave and a fridge; most importantly you get a free and delicious continental breakfast. There are a few cons; however these cons do not overbear the pros so that's good. There is no elevator, desk and there is some wear and tear in some of the bedrooms. In my opinion though I would not let these minor issues keep me from staying at Quality Inn Hollywood. Overall, Quality Inn Hollywood is a decent place to stay for the money. The Quality Inn Hollywood is located at 1520 N. La Brea Avenue, Hollywood Ca., 90028; the phone number is 323-464-3243. To make reservations call 1-877-424-6423. The room’s rates are run between $72-$170. The website is www.qualityinn.com. Some of the amenities are pool, free wireless, fax and copy machine and breakfast room. There is free gated parking behind the hotel. If you are staying there for a while just remember to pack light enough so that you are able to carry your own luggage. There is no elevator and there are no bellmen present to help you so be cautious of that, especially if you are traveling alone. If you get a king room you will get a large three drawer dresser, a microwave and a refrigerator. There are several upholstered chairs in the room, so that if you have guests come to see you while you are there, there are places for them to be seated. The bathroom was pretty with a two person sink, tub and shower. The room itself was pretty clean. However, the decor was really out dated nonetheless the room was comfortable.
